Can I send photos before coming in?
Yes. Text our store at 626-658-3645 or use the free quote form. Clear photos and details help our team give you an initial review. A final offer requires evaluating the item.
Do I have to sell my item to get a loan?
No. A pawn loan uses your item as collateral. We’ll explain the terms and how to redeem your item before you decide.
Can I reserve something I want to buy?
Yes. Start a Lay-a-way with 10% down. We’ll set the item aside in your name and lock in the price while you complete the payment plan.
Are you open on Sunday?
Diamond Jim’s is closed on Sundays. Visit us Monday–Friday from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM or Saturday from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
